Why I Wear Green

It’s simple: I am where I am in life as result of my time at UND. I want to give someone else the same opportunity I had, which was play the sport you love and get an education!

Overview

Steve comes to work every day with the goal of creating opportunities for students at the University of North Dakota through scholarships and other needs. With a focus on Enrollment Services, the Chester Fritz Library, Student Scholarships, and other special projects, he helps donors build a better UND.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Steve enjoys working out and outdoor activities, as well as reading.

Qualifications

• BA, Business, University of North Dakota
• Insurance licenses: life, health, property and casualty

Knowledge

Steve has spent most of the past decade with the UND Alumni Association & Foundation, utilizing his athletics knowledge to help fundraise for phase one of the Fritz Pollard Athletic Center and student-athlete scholarships. Now, he’s taking his love for UND to new levels by fundraising for other vital areas of campus.
