Donation Requests

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation (UNDAAF) is proud to be an integral part of our community. Thank you for considering us to be a part of your event.

We prioritize donation requests from nonprofit organizations to support their fundraising efforts. Please fill out the online Donation Request Form below to submit your request. The UNDAAF Marketing and Communications Department will review all requests. 

• If you are requesting swag for K-12 students, please contact the UND Admissions Department at 701.777.0424 or admissions@UND.edu.
• Donations from UND Athletics can be requested at fightinghawks.com/sports/2011/5/3/205146325.

Submission Guidelines 

Please remember that submitting an online request does not guarantee a donation. We receive numerous requests, and our submission guidelines are in place to assist as many organizations as possible. Before submitting your request, kindly read through our guidelines below. 

• Organizations must complete the form below to be considered for a donation. Mailed, phoned, emailed, or faxed requests will not be accepted. 
• All donation requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the date of your event.
• Donations must be picked up from the Gorecki Alumni Center. We are not able to mail any donations.
• Organizations are limited to one (1) request per 12-month period.
• Past request approval does not guarantee future request approval.
• Requestor will be notified within two (2) weeks of submittal.
• Requests are filled at the discretion of the UND Alumni Association & Foundation. All decisions are final.
