Why I Wear Green

Growing up just an hour from Grand Forks, I visited the UND campus often. After spending a week at Girls State, I moved UND to the top of my list of potential colleges — and never looked back. As a scholarship recipient, I am grateful for the donors who supported my education. I loved learning alongside talented faculty and classmates and am excited to give back — helping future students the way others helped me.
Overview
A graphic designer, Angela works on a variety of print and digital projects. She likes the challenge of taking the content provided and designing it to meet the specific needs of the project while adhering to UND’s brand guidelines. “Graphic design is a lot of visual problem solving,” she said.
When she’s not at work, Angela likes reading, knitting, making art, spending time with friends and family, and traveling — especially to national parks.
