Gorecki Alumni Center – Event Setup Crew

POSITION SUMMARY
The Event Setup Crew is responsible for all set up and take down of event related equipment including tables, chairs, stages, etc. The event crew also cleans event spaces before and after events. Hours are event dependent and will vary week to week and will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Help perform set up and take down of event equipment, furniture, technology and all event related equipment for dinners, conferences, and weddings in multiple event spaces.
  2. Accurately interpret floorplans created by event manager for proper room setup
  3. Transport, move and lift furniture (table, chairs, stages, etc.)
  4. Cleaning of event spaces to include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removal of garbage, etc.
  5. Other duties as assigned. (i.e. UND Alumni Association & Foundation Football Tailgate setup)

Data Entry Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for entering and updating information within the database. This work involves complex data entry and requires careful attention to detail, and the verification of all information entered.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Accurately maintains and updates constituent information within the database such as contact information, employment, and
  2. Completes special data-related projects as assigned by a supervisor.
  3. Assist with phone coverage at the Welcome Center.
  4. Other clerical duties as assigned.
