Why I Wear Green

The people and my experiences across campus, through my marketing internship, my undergrad at the Nistler College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA), and attending athletics events, helped shaped me. I am grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had at UND.

Overview

In his role as Engagement Officer, Ian helps alumni from CoBPA and UND Athletics to achieve their philanthropic goals. He builds and maintains relationships with alumni, providing information on news and events from around campus.

When he’s not at work, Ian may be on the golf course, in the stands at a UND Athletics event, or watching sports anywhere. He likes to spend his free time with family and friends. 

Qualifications

• BBA, Management, University of North Dakota
• MS, Management and Leadership, Western Governors University

Knowledge

Ian was a UND Athletics marketing team intern where he helped facilitate gameday marketing plans across most sports during the 2023-24 seasons. He has also worked in the banking industry, where he built and maintained relationships with customers.
