Why I Wear Green

As a Grand Forks native and UND graduate, I know how important UND is to the growth, development, and character of my hometown. I’ve attended UND athletic events since I was 3 years old, and remained an avid supporter even while living across the country for many years. Working as an employee of the UND Alumni Association and Foundation is a perfect way to express my UND Pride, and at the same time, support the growth of the school that has done so much for me and my hometown.
Overview
In his role, Andrew ensures UNDAAF complies with federal and state charitable giving regulations and oversees the review and updating of internal agreements, templates, and policies, particularly within the finance and development departments. He also works closely with the development team, UND alumni and friends, and University partners to help expand UNDAAF’s reach into nontraditional funding opportunities, including real estate and business interests.
Outside of work, Andrew stays active; his favorite activities are hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He also enjoys cooking and woodworking.
