Data Request
Our team can assist campus partners with various data requests through the creation of lists, reports or dashboards.
All requests go through a strategy, review, and approval process to ensure finite resources are used as efficiently as possible.
Guidelines for Requesting Lists, Reports and Dashboards
- Requests for data requests must be made at minimum four weeks in advance. Dashboards often require multiple reports to be generated. This may increase the time necessary to complete your request.
- Refreshes and changes to previous data requests will be treated like a new request and will be placed in the queue appropriately.
- A mock-up or example layout of what you would like to see in your list, report or dashboard is always welcome and can assist in expediting your project.
- You will review and approve your data request(s) before the project is complete. Major changes to the original project scope may result in delays.
- All data requests require a previously signed/updated confidentiality agreement and shall comply with our public use data policy.
