Looking to share information about UND events, news and activities? We’ve got you covered. 

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation (UNDAAF) can send an email to alumni and friends of the University of North Dakota on behalf of our campus partners. This is an excellent way to share the latest news from campus with alumni across the globe. 

Guidelines:

UNDAAF reserves the right to accept, alter or deny requests based on the scope of the project, strategic impact and staff resources. This includes editing content to meet brand standards and ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Requests must be made at minimum 2 weeks before the delivery date.
• The designated point of contact is expected to provide prompt and timely feedback. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellations.
• Please ensure content is final to the best of your knowledge prior to submitting.
• Images will not be included in emails. Images negatively impact open rates for emails. They can be included in a linked website or newsletter.
• Emails will not be sent out on the 1st Wednesday of the month or the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.
