Why I Serve on the Board of Directors
My father instilled the value of lifelong learning at a young age. It is a concept we have embedded into our family business and core values. Education comes in so many forms but personally having achieved my degree at UND makes this opportunity such an honor. I am committed to strong partnerships with education so we can prepare a career-ready workforce. I firmly believe in the development of young individuals, enabling them to unlock their full potential, and preparing them to become future leaders and catalysts for positive change.
How I Provide Opportunities
I serve on the North Dakota Lignite Council, Pioneer Equipment Dealers Association Board, the Ralph Engelstad Arena Board, and the Matt and JoAnn Butler Foundation. My husband and I have put in many years and countless hours with the Northern Lights Council of Boy Scouts of America helping develop leadership in youth. We support many charities across our great state.
In my free time, I ...
go to my happy places: UND hockey games and Medora. We enjoy our hockey season tickets and the Badlands of North Dakota and have many family memories built around those places. I enjoy riding horse and camping.
My Favorite UND Memory
UND hockey games and of course meeting my future husband!
