Career
Scott L. Fredericksen is a former federal prosecutor and independent counsel, and is the senior white collar criminal defense partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Foley & Lardner LLP. His practice is focused on white-collar criminal defense, including criminal and parallel litigation, involving Antitrust, FCPA, public corruption, fraud, ITAR and export control matters, and SEC enforcement actions. In addition to his active practice, Scott is managing partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Scott is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Illinois and Washington state (inactive). He is a former member of the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court.
