Career
Lisa has 30 years of experience, primarily with Honeywell Aerospace. She has held senior leadership positions with responsibilities that included leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies and tool implementations for Engineering and Technology (E&T), a global team of about 12,000 engineers, and developing and driving the operating systems and business tools to proactively manage strategic business plans and optimal resource management across E&T.
Her responsibilities progressively increased at Honeywell through positions in software development/testing, system design, project engineering, new business pursuits, technical management, and program management. One of her early roles was the lead software engineer for the Honeywell content of the Lockheed Martin Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) Proposal. She was a recipient of the Honeywell Team Performance Award for her efforts on this winning proposal. Lisa has led teams of engineers across the globe including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She is Certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Society of Women Engineers.
