Career

Chad Wachter is President and CEO at Investcore, Inc., a Bismarck, North Dakota based holding company associated with real estate development, real estate brokerage, construction, and fast food establishments.

Wachter's greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, leadership, and ability to solve problems. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand his company’s reach. 

Wachter has been instrumental in the construction and development of nearly 2,000 single-family and multi-family units in the Bismarck-Mandan metropolitan area and has added a tax base to the community in excess of $500 million.  

Community

Wachter helped successfully raise money to build a new hockey facility in Bismarck. Wachter also created a partnership with Bismarck Public Schools so that students can experience building a home with the profits going back to creating student scholarships.

Wachter is also on the board of the Bismarck State College Foundation, and the Business Advisory Board of Security First Bank of North Dakota. 

Wachter has served on numerous other boards, including the Bismarck-Mandan Historical Society, and the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra. He is currently a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Homebuilders Association, the National Association of Homebuilders, the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Bismarck-Mandan Development Association.
