Director of Development

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking experienced frontline fundraisers to serve in the role of Director of Development.  The ideal candidate should be a relationship builder, a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Director will be goal-driven, an effective communicator and proficient in managing and maintaining a large donor portfolio. If you are a motivated, self-starter who loves forging new relationships, this may be the right fit for you!

Director of Development – College of Arts & Sciences

Do you enjoy helping others, building relationships, meeting new people? Do you have a drive to raise the bar higher for North Dakota’s top-ranked liberal arts college? The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking a Director of Development to enhance and support fundraising efforts for the College of Arts & Sciences.

As the state’s top-ranked liberal arts college, the College of Arts & Sciences enhances the lives of North Dakota’s citizens, and people across the world, through its liberal arts curriculum, research, and its drive to produce life-long learners.

As the Director of Development, you’ll be at the heartbeat of helping drive and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the College of Arts & Sciences. As an integral part of the team we value excellent organizational, interpersonal, and networking skills, as well as a proven ability to develop relationships and be able to achieve objectives are the most important characteristics of this position.
