The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking an innovative, strategy-minded professional to serve as its Prospect Researcher & Analyst to provide information, analysis and strategy to support an effective fundraising program. The Prospect Researcher & Analyst will be responsible for providing relevant information and analyzing wealth indicators on prospects to assess philanthropic capacity.

The Prospect Researcher & Analyst will be an analytical and technologically-inclined data expert and have a desire to collaborate on a team dedicated to higher education and the University of North Dakota.

Director of Development – College of Engineering & Mines

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking a Director of Development who will work closely with the Dean of the College of Engineering and Mines in a variety of fundraising and development activities to help create new resources for the College.  Having raised more than $50 million over the past 10 years, the College of Engineering and Mines is building on its success and planning to raise $30 million in the next 5 years to support student scholarships, faculty endowed positions, and other priority needs.

The Director of Development will execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the College. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and networking skills, as well as a proven ability to develop relationships and be able to achieve objectives. He or she will have an appreciation of and personal commitment to the College of Engineering and Mines and the University of North Dakota.
