Senior Director of Development, School of Medicine & Health Sciences (SMHS)

The Senior Director of Development, School of Medicine & Health Sciences (SMHS) will work closely with the Dean and faculty to enhance and support the fundraising efforts across the SMHS. S/he will be responsible for the qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of individual prospects capable of gifts of $25,000 and above. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the University of North Dakota Alumni Association & Foundation and the Dean of the School of Medicine & Health Sciences, the Senior Director of Development will be responsible for all major gifts fundraising within the SMHS and UND, including arranging visits with individuals, corporations, foundations, and the development of proposals for private funding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of direct or relevant experience in fundraising or similar sales activity.

The Division of Student Affairs and Diversity offers comprehensive and inclusive student support services designed to enhance the overall development of lifelong learners.

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation is seeking a professional, dynamic, self-starter looking for a new challenge! The Director of Development for the College of Business and Public Administration will work to raise money for scholarships, academic programming, student support, and capital projects for the University of North Dakota.
