Why I Wear Green

It’s home! Since the first time I stepped foot on the UND campus, it has felt like home. I am honored to get to serve the people here at UND that have been so instrumental in helping me become the person I am today.

Overview

Armed with a passion for accurately capturing the voice of a story, Ana conveys the strategic priorities of the University of North Dakota to alumni and friends. By paying close attention to detail, she provides strategic messaging for fundraising campaigns, including personal gift proposals and cases for support across a variety of mediums.

Ana is a writer at heart, and like most writers she also loves to read. When not immersed in reading or writing, she lives to spend time with family, baking, traveling and dabbling in home improvement. “I love taking something with history and restoring it to its glory days or turning into something new,” she says.

Knowledge

Ana believes in storytelling when helping to set the scene for a reader and convey a message. A former grant writer and philanthropy specialist, she has a special skillset of creating heartfelt but technical pieces.
